Filomena's Pizzeria & Ristorante

Absolutely amazing. The customer service at the Lake Mary location was so great. Last week we wanted pizza and someone recommended Filomena’s to me so I ordered online. When I ordered it told me it would be delivered within an hour which was perfect. A few moments later I got a text message saying it was going to be 2 hours. Because of this I called to cancel and spoke with Justine. She was great and canceled the order for me. About 20 minutes later she called back to let me know that they deliver in house vs using DoorDash when using the website and that next time we should call to order to skip the third party. The fact that she called me back to tell me this is such great customer service. She needs to be given all the praise or a raise 👀🤣. Fast forward to tonight when I called to place a deliver order, she remembered me and was so great again. Even called the manager to see if they would deliver a little farther out of their radius. I seriously could not recommend you guys enough.

Pizza was wonderful, from the crust, to the sauce and ingredients, hand tossed, we’ll be back for sure!! Jose happens to be the owner as well, on a Sunday)!! That says a lot!!

Food was tasty. Prices are a bit higher than expected, but the portions are huge. The medium calzone can probably feed a family of five.

Filomenas makes a great pizza but once the food leaves their door they take no responsibility for how it arrives. I called them because their delivery choice left my pizza topless and even though it left them looking good I am out $40 because the delivery driver was irresponsible and careless with it and no one wanted to take accountability and make it right even though I spent $80+ ordering from them.

This place used to be a decent spot to get a good ole cheese pizza but now they are a dollar more than Christos's that used to be the king of the expensive place in Sanford but now that Filomena's owner clearly got greedier we are all S.O.L. on a decently or fairly priced pizza.

RUDE!!!!! Do yourself a favor don’t go here!!! I ordered a 35$ pizza and they ask for credit card which has never been asked before. I’m a good customer and went weekly but no more!
I said I will pay when I pick up. upon my arrival she asked my name When I gave it she said oh! I was told to get the owner when you arrived. so I replied go ahead. which when he came out aggressively and refused to make a pizza until he received payment. Because he has been stuck with pizzas and people not picking them up. And showed me one loss ticket for 47$ I didn’t know what that had to do with me! so I asked have you started my pizza after calling 30 minutes earlier he replied no pizza till I get payment!! because someone didn’t pick up a pizza one time that had nothing to do with me! I have never been attacked and treated like this anywhere before I was stunned!Theres so many other businesses that would love my business I was paying and getting pizza one way or another tonight no loss to me .I will gSo I said you can keep it and won’t be back!!! So rude to treat good customers because of one bad apple that’s just bad business!!!
Had a Great Pizza down the road!
Their pizza wasn’t amazing by any means!!

Disappointing no gd pizza places in the area . Nothing like Alberto's in Edgewater or Port Orange, Pete's Pizza in Daytona that's real food! The counter girl had no idea about the menu sauce no good calzone to much dough DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Usually put off reviewing a place until having given it several tries; such is true in this case. Mixed experiences in past. Came back again after a while because of positive responses from others and proximity/convenience. Yet every order seems to miss the mark on something....
One order: calzone - burned, I mean Blackened. Another order: pizza - wrong toppings, which led to inedible pizza. Latest order: salad - no dressing.
No one thing goes consistently wrong; just a consistency in doing things wrong. All these complaints were takeout orders. Admittedly, the couple of times we dined in were good. But, for a takeout place with regular mistakes and limited offer to conciliate, 4-star at best.

First time here with family for dinner and this place is beautiful, the entire atmosphere was nice! Our wine choice Sangue di Giuda ??, prepared chilled in bucket, appetizer was garlic knots loaded with bacon....To die for ? coconut shrimp delicious ? the bread, salad and special balsamic dressing woo ? breath taking!
Our dinner of choice was : penne alla vodka, chicken Parmesan, chicken Marsala. For each of our dishes, the tastes are alot different then what we are used to, the chicken didn't have much flavor, the Marsala was very salty, so just maybe a different way they make it unlike many of the others we have tried. Just disappointed spending over $140 +.
We will definitely go back again at some point and try more food!

Best N.Y pizza in town. I recently visited again. The personal pan pizza was perfect. Also had the best waitress. Michelle was outstanding and so attentive.
