I go to firehouse all the time across the street from my job, and their quick always friendly service
Excellent subs! Wasn't impressed with the customer service. I had a birthday reward and a coupon for a free sub and was told that I couldn't use both at the same time! I mean really! With the money Firehouse makes a customer can't use their birthday reward and a coupon at the same time! Last time I knew I thought it was about pleasing the customers because that's what keeps a business going!
Excellent meat ball sub. My hubby had steak with cheese and was very happy with it. If I had one thing to change, I was cold while I sat there and ate, but that's just me. Oh and restroom was nice and clean.
