We went in to eat at 2 PM not even lunch rush, and all the tables were filthy and the floor had Cheetos all over it and everybody’s standing behind the counter I had to wipe down my own table. The manager needs to have a little meeting with his employees.

Every order that I got was just as I expected/ordered. Always fresh and yummy. The only thing is that they are a lil pricey but guess it's worth it. I keep going back. I do get a free sub with the points

I managed firehouses for a few years and all I have to say is the hourly that took my order today July 5th around 5:45 was very nice a provided good service. However the shift lead was horrid. I can see where the bad reviews must be coming from. Your role is to LEAD and you should do so by example. Which doesn’t include snapping at customers and prioritizing talking about your personal life over greeting and saying bye Thankyou. Shift lead told me I was contaminating things...
