The food was hard and cold not sure how you can mess up chicken tenders. My mistake I should’ve checked before leaving.

NEVER GO TO THE LAKE MARY KFC.
They literally took my order and payment on the app and told me I had to order something else when I pulled up to the speaker.
When I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund I was told "calm your attitude"
I had to wait over 5 minutes, then a young woman threw a piece of paper with a corporate phone number in my car and slammed the window.
I called back to get the manager's name and she refused.
