This place is terrible since the new walls went up and the employees stopped making eye contact. It’s the best McDonald’s location in the area though. Low bar but they deserve some credit. When I worked at the Oviedo location in 2004, they required me to greet everyone with a smile. What a sad new world.

I would say 90% of the time they forget simmering in my order. I have learned to check enter whole order before I leave and most of the time I’m having to ask for the items they missed. Probably time most inefficient McDonald’s I have ever been to

This is hands-down the best McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to! Every time I visit, the food is always fresh, hot, and made just right. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they never miss. What really sets this place apart is the staff—everyone is always kind, welcoming, and respectful. They never hesitate to make fresh food if you ask, and they bring it out quickly and with a great attitude. The managers clearly run a tight and positive ship, because you can see how well the team works together. It’s rare to find a fast-food spot where the experience is consistently this good. I truly appreciate the effort everyone puts in here. Every single employee I’ve come across deserves a raise for how hard they work and how well they treat customers. Keep up the amazing work—this location sets the standard for how fast food should be

One day the ice cream machine works , then the other it don’t . I just end up going to Starbucks for the frappe because I’d wait the line just to find out the machine broke . Do better McDonald’s

they took absolutely forever made zero sense why it was that long when there were no cars behind me or from what i saw and assume nobody was inside. they first took forever to even greet me at the drive through machine and when i pulled up to pay no issues went to next window and seems as if mostly everyone was standing around ignoring that a customer was out the window waiting. its not like i ordered a big meal, it was a one person meal. insane.

Extremely slow service. I said I needed to be somewhere and if the McFlurry wasn’t gonna be ready they I wouldn’t want it .. they said it would .. I pay and go up to the window and she said they are filling the machine and that I need to park..I said how long is this gonna take bc I have somewhere to be .. she said 2 -3 mins .. I’m parked for 10 -15 mins ! I go back around the LONG line and they said they’ll have it ready and that it was forgotten to be taken out ! I’ve worked in fast food and this is unacceptable and unnecessary service. If the machine wasn’t ready then they should not have taken my order .

It's disappointing and frustrating when customer service falls short, especially when it feels like a pattern. This morning's experience was unacceptable, with Ashley Howard failing to demonstrate the professionalism expected of a manager. Meanwhile, Amanda Brown's attitude at the window was unnecessarily rude, simply because of a misunderstanding about how to prepare oatmeal. Situations like this highlight the importance of proper training and respect in customer interactions.

Went to the location on Hickman and attached is the proper way to make oatmeal filled to the water line !!!

I highly recommend not ordering delivery from this restaurant. Every time I’ve gotten my food is cold and this is the third time I will never ever order delivery or go back to this McDonald’s

May 28, 2025 approximately 5:30 PM there is 1 employee working this particular shift that deserves to get fired.

I had to wait for a couple of minutes before I was served on the cashier front as a customer. The first man on the counter I spoke to was okay but he was not familiar with the Buy One Get One Any Sandwich coupon that you get on the receipt by writing down the validation code. He looked very confused so even though I was a little annoyed that he didn't know what he was doing, I assumed that he was new to the job or just in training and I tried to be understanding.

He called over a lady to handle this task for me, her name started with M (Maurice possibly?) but I can't remember her exact name and I wasn't sure if she was the manager. She spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone and has no capacity for patience or customer service. I do not think she is fit for this job and she needs to be fired ASAP.

She is African American, probably 5'4, was wearing a McDonald's cap during this time and in a blue uniform. She had on eyeliner and lipstick. She spoke to me in a very disrespectful, condescending, and frustrated manner even though the way I talked to her in the beginning was respectful. When I sternly told her to fix her tone, she got super offended and scoffed and yelled at me to go find a different McDonald's location. But I was filled with so much anger that I just stormed out of the store before she even finished telling me that.

I regularly visited this McDonald's location because they used to have the best customer service out of all of the other locations but I think that's already starting to change for the worse, possibly due to a change in management.

My last visit to that location a couple of days ago went really well but today, they just had really incompetent people working and probably one or a couple of them deserve to lose their job. I gave really positive reviews for this location on my survey but I take it all back and I am possibly never going back to this location ever again or for a really long time.
