Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This was the MOST DIRTIEST UNKEPT Menchies I have EVER been in. Please do better. I wasn’t going to do a review but I seen a review for the same thing stations not clean. Spoons to get items was dirty and the containers were also dirty so I did not get any fun stuff. The only clean area was the fruits and bobo area. This location needs to do better it’s in a great area and I drove a ways to get to this location to be let down.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the place itself was very clean. My only suggestion would be a little extra attention to the windows, as they were noticeably dirty. Overall, a great experience!

Always a great stop. Yummy froyo, tons of toppings, and the flavors are always changing so there’s something new to try. Service is always great, and they have good dairy-free options too!

Yo!! Managers! Owners!!! Your customer service today @3:30 was terrible. If we hadn’t rung the bell we could have walked out! The girl that finally came out had less personality then the walls! Happy people make happy customers!

This has been our go to location for quite some time, but will definitely be looking for a new one soon. This place is just dirty. I can deal with crappy workers, but cleanliness is a whole other story - especially for what it is. A frozen yogurt bar where the machines and toppings are always dirty, sticky and not well kept. Floors and tables are just as bad. Unfortunate as we love the surrounding area.

Tried Menchie’s for the first time today and Shael was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I haven’t seen a menchies in a very long time and it’s still great

I’ve been coming to this Menchie’s for over a decade, and it’s obvious the owners don’t care about this store at all anymore. The place is neglected and disappointing. However, the young girl with curly hair working there was very kind and made the experience pleasant.

There was a heavier girl with brown hair that needs to work on her customer service at the register today. I was there with my family and we honestly wanted to walk out. She was ignoring us and was not helpful. She needs to get off her phone and do her job. It’s not that hard. The froyo was not bad, thank goodness. However, machines were dirty and store looked run down. The girl at the counter obviously seemed too lazy to clean.

The worker Shael with the curly hair needs to be fired and never hired at any other public chain, her attitude is disgustingly she acts as if you don’t even exist, 0/10 experience overall.

I’m always impressed when I come here. The service is fast, the employees are polite, and the yogurt options are great. The girl working today had such a positive attitude—it made the whole visit enjoyable.

the girl with the dark hair and bangs is so polite and helpful. Out of all the times I went to menchie’s she has been the most attentive out of some of the other employees when i come in. I also notice that the store is clean when shes working. Whenever i come in and that one girl with the curly hair works I dont even want to come in because you can tell she’s miserable and hates her job.
