Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The place has gone downhill for sure. I just came here this Thursday right after lunch for a sweet treat and the girl ringing us up was rude and on her phone the whole time. Not only that she left the place a huge mess. She does not know how to do her job and I will not be coming back.

I returned to the ice cream shop after a long time, and unfortunately, its standards have dropped considerably — the floor was dirty, trash bins were full, and the windows were unclean, even in the area where the sweets are displayed.

Menchie’s offers a different kind of treat experience. You pay by the ounce, which means you can add as much or as little yogurt and toppings as you want....totally customizable to your taste!!! The flavors are delicious and the toppings bar gives you plenty of options to get creative.

I’ve noticed they don’t have as many flavors available as they used to, which is a bit of a downside. It used to feel like there was more variety. Still, the quality and taste here is really good, and that keeps me coming back. Definitely a fun place for a sweet treat!!!!

Years ago this spot was a favorite, and over the last 5 years it has gone downhill. Place needs to be cleaned badly, and needs better service. Will not be back.

Delicious froyo and lots of toppings...some flavors not available when I went

Friendly staff and a dirty establishment will have me going elsewhere for FroYo! All locations deserve up keep but the owner must not value his location. Clean this place up please! No soap in one of bathrooms and like I said DIRTY!

So... I really like this place but there is a problem when the two folks at the register are talking instead of cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the business.

I walked into your location to a warm welcome & was immediately serenaded with a wonderful harmony on the harmonica. Thank you, Shael for a one of a kind experience at this Menchies. 🎶😎I was however, sad to see that this location does not offer Birthday cakes.

My family and I love Menchies but this location is like no other. It was absolutely dirty, felt like nothing has EVER been cleaned. The chairs had layers of dirt and old yogurt. The floors were gross. The machines with frozen yogurt dirty and with crust. It was sad, embarassing, and just beyond disappointing. Not sure why this location is so abandoned but please do something. It is bad.
My family and I, as well as our extended family in town who came along said the same thing.
On top of that, staff was not friendly or showed any care for customer service.
Freezers for to go cakes was broken down.
It is in very poor condition.

Absolutely ridiculous that you walk in, you don’t get a hello, welcome in or even a look. The clerk has her back to the door, talking to the other clerk, and on their phones. Every time they looked over at us, it was as if we were being a burden. Absolutely no customer service, then the register asks for a tip. Only reason we go is because we love the yogurt and topping options but customer service is non existent. Absolutely ridiculous & makes us NOT want to go back.

Pros: Plenty of yogurt options, great location, affordable

To note: The ceiling tiles were stained with water, the clerk was on her phone while we ordered, and there weren’t many places to eat.
