NewCity Coffee Co. Reviews
Delicious drinks and a great atmosphere.
We went for our birthday today and enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was great, we loved the Fall coffee flights, and the sweet surprise cake was an added bonus. We will absolutely be back.
This place is crazy, and unfortunately not is a good way. It used to be a cute little coffee shop that had specialty coffee flights and other drinks. Now since they went viral on social media expect to wait in line for 45 mins+ only to find out once I get to order that they ran out of all their coffee syrups. They announced there were no more coffee flights (nbd I wanted just a pumpkin latte) but you seriously ran out of all coffee flavorings in a single day? It wasn't even 10am...read full review

NewCity Coffee Co. is a breakfast spot where customers have had mixed experiences. Some have enjoyed their meals, such as the French toast, and appreciated the owner's friendly service. The place offers a variety of drinks, including Fall coffee flights and iced coffees that are often enjoyed more than they look. The food is cooked to order and fresh, with a very clean kitchen. One customer celebrated their birthday here and loved everything, including the sweet surprise cake. Many customers also praise the staff for being kind, attentive, and making good conversation. The menu is extensive and functions like a full-service restaurant, with options to order drinks to go or sit down. Visitors have enjoyed pastries like almond croissants, which are fresh and delicious. However, some have experienced issues with staff; for example, a barista was seen being dismissive and leaving a coffee flight sitting without lids for several minutes, which affected the experience. Prices can be high, with a hot coffee flight costing around $17 for small cups, some of which were watery or weak, although iced flights have been more satisfying with fun toppers and larger sizes. Overall, while the atmosphere and food appeal to many, service quality has been inconsistent, with some customers feeling ignored or disappointed. Despite this, many still look forward to returning due to the good food and cozy environment.
