“Bad day. The water main was broken so they had a very limited menu. Ordered steak which wasn't exactly good but ate most of it. Ten ounce sirloin which was about 40% fat and gristle. Wasn't exactly happy and I'm not usually one to complain. But our server was a great dude. Props to the older muscular guy.“

“I’m a regular and went to their Cinco De Mayo on Friday. It was a blast. Taco 🌮 eating contest , dj and live music plus mariachi band. Fun crowd and the monster trucks. People were dancing in the parking lot. It was amazing“

“Just had a great experience at the Tiajuana in Hunt Club and a big reason for that was our interactions with Josh and Alec. We had a large party with young kids and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. On top of that the food was incredible. “The chicken chimichanga is amazing! It's so large that I took half of it home for lunch the next day. They have a hot bar with tons of sauces. The restaurant is welcoming, and there is a fun mural painted on the wall. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong going to Tijuana Flats.“

“The service here is very surprisingly great. I expected a normal fast food environment but was pleasantly surprised that they bring the food to your table, check on you a time or two and bring refills as needed. I've been to some sit down restaurants that lack on this much service. We have been several times and to several locations and are always taken good care of. The food is good and portion sizes fill us all up. For a family of 4 to eat at this price we are so very pleased.“

“I visit the Tijuana Flats Longwood every Tuesday. Most of the time I am very satisfied with my order. Today I was not! Tacos were cold, Just about no cheese, no jalapeño peppers as ordered plus received jalapeño sauce instead of the habanero sauce I ordered. To top it off ordered queso and did not receive it. No more curbside pick up for me. I will now walk into restaurant and check my entire order before I leave. Very disappointed and my not leave a tip next time. Appeared to be totally confused today. Also no receipt so could not do survey.“

“Every single time I come here they seem to be under staffed and the person ringing up the food is also bagging up all the to-go’s and it’s 2024 everyone is getting food to go. I always wait in line to even order for more than 10 minutes watching the worker bag up food it’s very frustrating. The workers work very hard it’s not their fault just get more employees please!“

“Came in for a taco salad and was told they didn’t have the outer shells anymore. The associate went out of his way to make one anyway and showed a level of customer service that is usually dead these days. I may come out of my way to come to this Moe’s from Sanford to get this kind of service!“

“So I’ve been to a different location of this restaurant before and I was beyond impressed with the amount of food the taste of the food and everything about it when I sat down and ate at the restaurant. Today, I ate at this location and got it to go, and let’s just say it definitely changed my opinion, there were maybe 10 chips in the box and the quesadilla that I got hardly had any meat at the end of the quesadilla. Now granted the food was fantastic and tasted great but the quesadilla was barely cooked and there definitely wasn’t much love put into it. I was very impressed with the other location, but this location definitely didn’t uphold the same standards… bummed … definitely not worth $12+Update. Kudos to the management staff I called in and expressed my concern just so that other people wouldn’t go through the same situation and the manager refunded me for the order so I will have to say Customer Service was definitely great following up a bad experience“
