“My first visit only earned 3 stars. I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich. I did not add peppers. It was a grilled sausage on a bun. No condiments. I added mustard. The sandwich was VERY dry. I normally love Italian sausage, but this had little flavor and no juice. My next visit, I ordered the Italian Beef with hot peppers and gravy on the side. The beef is juicy and has a light flavor. The peppers - WOW!!! They make the sandwich. And I could not get enough of the gravy! So on visit #3, I ordered the Italian Beef with spicy peppers DIPPED - easily the most awesome sandwiches I have ever had. It is very messy. I will never order anything else! I will probably never know how the hot dogs are. My husband likes the dogs as well as the beef - not dipped, but he loves the chocolate cake!“

“My only problem is that it was so busy, and that they didn't get us our food for over 30 minutes even though we had ordered online 15 minutes before arriving, meaning it took them 45 minutes to get us our food. I don't know if they were just understaffed, or if they were simply overwhelmed...“

“I usually get the classic roast beef sandwich ? or the double roast beef sandwich ? ? when I go to Arby's. I can always anticipate the same texture and flavor every time. I do wish that they would bring back their fried pie ? desert... it's pretty awesome ✌️??
Seveice is quick and servers are usually polite and knowledgeable about their products. The grounds are always neat, clean and manicured. A good place to go at any time of the day.“

“I love Arby's we have a great restaurant right next to our house with a great staff there a really good food and they always send us special offers by text and they leave coupons in the mailbox. Love the roast beef and cheddar sandwiches love the Gyros, the corned beef on marble rye is better than a Jewish delicatessen and how about those terrific milkshakes and don't forget the curly fries.“

“I went to the drive through this morning 08/12/2024 and young gentleman at the window was Grade A customer service and manager. It’s nice to go to a drive through and have people like them working. They didn’t look at you like they hated you arrived, which is often in fast food. I just want them to know I appreciate them. This is the second Hardee’s that it’s been like this. I’m in customer service myself and it really is going to motivate me to come to hardee’s before the rest. Thank you.?“

“Definitely will be back to this location. I pass it frequently & never had the time to stop but I was so hungry today I made the time. Janiyah (hope I spelled it right) was so friendly & sweet in the drive thru. I was just talking about how customer service has gone down but she shows there are still people that care about their job & the customer experience. Definitely earned my business & I’ll be sure to make time to stop here more often!“

“This place has definitely improved. My time in their drive thru was quick, my two whopper meals were made just right, fries were fresh, and milkshakes were thick and creamy. The staff from The manager down, i think her name was Christina, were friendly and helpful. The place was clean, and a happy energy. I will definitely be back.“

“Our local Bushnell McDonald’s is the best! Store is always spotless and the staff extremely helpful and kind. Shout out to Sue. Always willing to help at the kiosk or in the dining room to refill your drinks. Definitely evident of Andrew store manager who runs one of the best McDonald’s I’ve seen. We are lucky to have him and his staff for our local McDonald’s.“

“My son ate here for dinner. He used the Popeyes app and got a bunch of free food for spending a dollar. I ate some of his fries and they were hot and freshly cooked. When he ate his chicken, I could hear the crispy skin on the chicken. His food looked delicious!“

“So my dad eats Wendy's 3 or 4 times a week. He always swaps out the nuggets for a baked potato and the fries for a chili. And he pays for a frosty upgrade. So we were working out of town today and stoped at one on the way home. He orders and all the punk says is NO, not at this location. Was not accommodating and quite rude to be honest. And since I'm being honest here. I think he intentionally gave dad a fork instead of a spoon.“

“I did a mobile order and when I picked it up, I was missing the sauce packets. That was no big deal as I just grabbed some on the way out. 12 pack soft taco pack - 9 were made correctly the rest were not. As I have allergies and could not eat mine, my kids got extra“

“Good burger place for a quick bite to eat. The food always comes out fast and fresh. The manager there runs the place well and everything gets done on time and correctly. We tried out the mixed fries and onion rings this time and it was really good. This place is clean and has sweat tea as well as the machine to select drinks. It was my second time stopping and it was just as consistent as the previous visit.“
