“I visited the Subway inside Circle K this morning around 11 o'clock, craving a fresh sandwich. I was greeted by a very sweet young lady, which is so rare these days. She was incredibly kind and attentive. After giving her my order, I decided to add a kids' meal for my senior dog, and she handled it with professionalism and warmth. We even had a nice conversation, which is rare to find while someone is working — she truly made my experience special.
I've been here many times and have met various employees, but I really hope she stays because she’s a true asset to the company. She listened carefully to my order, was very attentive, and her caring demeanor made my visit so much better than I expected. I asked her name, which is Yeleika (a bit hard to spell), so I hope the management recognizes her for her exceptional service.
The store was clean, well-maintained, and everything looked great. The sandwich was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving. Overall, my experience today was outstanding, and I believe it deserves five stars. Thank you, Yeleika, for your wonderful service — you made my day!“

“Its not about a problem, its how you fix it. We were delivered Pepsi Zero instead of regular Pepsi. We called up there and the wonderful gentleman Jacob at Pizza Hut replaced it for us and had someone deliver it to us. The best Pizza hut customer service we have ever experienced. “Twice there has been an issue with my order but the manager on duty Eli, was very polite as he corrected my order. This place is busy! Expect a wait to order even though staff is moving efficiently. If there is a problem, Eli will fix it. But should he be the only manager on duty?
The food is great! the staff is young and inexperience shows. If I were Culver's, I would provide more supervision but I still recommend this place for families, friends or solo dining.“

“Gentleman throwing down in the kitchen was on top of the game. Food was hot, fresh, and made right. The gal at counter was awesome as well, bouncing back and forth from drive thru to counter to make sure everyone's orders were taken in a timely manner and no one person had to wait longer than another. “I just came from drive-thru when this location opened up for breakfast. Unfortunately, the wait turned into 15 plus minutes. The customer behind me was yelling and getting very upset due to excessive wait. I attempted to blow my horn and knock on window to get someone's attention. There was a manager who was walking near the window, but would not acknowledge me. I heard her say, " they will have to wait". An associate came by the windows shortly after the manger walked out of sight and opened the window. I explained that the customer behind me was getting upset. I pulled up to the second window, so the customer behind me could calm down, since my sandwich was not ready.

I would not recommend coming here when this location is opening up for the day, not convenient in drive thru.“
