We just had an amazing experience at this Wendy’s. Tabatha was simply so sweet towards me and my family. She absolutely made our day, what a top of the tier employee. Thank you ??☺️❤️Kid-friendliness: Tabatha was very kind towards the kids.

Stopped to grab a couple burgers, for which we had enough points to get one free. Went into restaurant and all ordering is done at computers. No menu visible EXCEPT on the computer. Computer wouldn't scan our coupon code. No one to offer assistance. After ten minutes, frustration led us to get into our car and use the drive-thru. ZERO for contactless ordering that didn't work. Clerk taking our order at the drive-thru was ok. Guess they don't have pennies as we were short-changed...read full review

It was very frustrating day for me but when I arrived at this Wendy's I was greeted by Tabitha.The Aurora of her kindness is contagious.While waiting for my food I observed the way she treated her coworkers and other customers by the I was finished with my food I was in a much better mood.Tabitha and her entire crew are the example of what courtesy kindness and fast food should be.And all of them have good voices
