Chick-fil-A is known for its excellent customer service and delicious food. The staff is attentive and helpful. The restaurant's efficiency is impressive. While the line can be long, the food quality remains consistent, though occasional minor order mix-ups may occur. The staff was not easy to work with and the location had a dirty floor. The person at the front counter didn't know what he was doing. The grilled chicken wrap was good and the environment is very nice.
