Some of the worst customer service in fast food history. Rude, bland voice and a tone filled with attitude. With that being said all the food came out how it was ordered so that negates most of the negativity from this experience.

For several years the wendys in the villages have been sub par. Everytime I go to the one on 466a they are out of whatever it was I wanted. Yesterday I ordered french toast sticks, no syrup. For months last year they didn't have coffee period. I am done with them. They use to have the very best fast food burgers back in Ohio
