I am incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to this Taco Bell on SE Maricamp Rd. I ordered a soft taco supreme, and within hours of eating it, I became violently sick to my stomach. Something with the ingredients—either the beef, the sour cream, or the lettuce—was clearly off or not kept at the right temperature. Food safety should be the top priority, but this location completely failed. I won’t be risking my health here again.

Taco Bell is a clean location with friendly service and better food quality than other nearby branches. The staff is polite and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The drive-thru crew was wonderful, with a great personality, and remained professional and friendly even when a customer had trouble finding their card. Despite a small hiccup with an order delay, the employees handled the situation well, even offering leftover food to customers. Customers should note that asking for extra meat or other extras may result in additional charges, and sometimes these extras are not added to the order. The parking lot is decently sized, and there is a convenient drive-thru option. Some meals, like the crunch wrap and chicken bowl, can be lacking in ingredients or extras, but generally taste good. One customer experienced a long wait of almost 20 minutes after paying at the kiosk, and an order mistake was made, leading to dissatisfaction. Overall, customers are still willing to visit this Taco Bell for quick, professional, and friendly service provided by the staff. For those craving American Mexican food, this Taco Bell comes highly recommended.
