“My first experience in Long John Silver in Ocala; The fish was so good, the chicken was very small and the green beans were hot, who serves a hot salad?
The salad should be at room temperature like the cole slaw.

“Mark is amazing. At first I was a bit confused about their dine in process as you have to sit first then someone comes to take your order. We were not sitting for too long until Mark served us. Mark was kind, helpful, and funny. He carries props and tells jokes as he takes your order. It was quite a fun experience.“

“We had just left another restaurant because no one would even greet us at the door to get a table. We came over to Tiajuana Flats and the two girls working out front were absolutely amazing! They were so nice, the restaurant was clean, we didn't see the cook obviously, but our food came out fast, fresh, and delicious! We thank your team for turning our evening around and treating us as every customer should be treated.“

“We stopped here on our way home from a cruise. There was a young girl working the dining room , I did not catch. her name (she had long braids) who went above and beyond helping everyone to use the kiosk and get the best deals available, constantly checking on people whether it be napkins, ketchup or just small talk . She was extremely friendly and made everyone feel welcome, our food came out quickly. It was very good. We would definitely eat here again!“

“This is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I went at 1 o’clock in the morning after a long networking event, the person that gave me my food let me know that it was very fresh and indeed it was. “most of the time we have a really good experience but today our food was cold, I didn't receive any of my ranch for my chicken or marinara for the cheese sticks. The cheese wasn't even melted. It wasn't very busy at all, maybe its just an off day 😞 This was my first not so good experience at this location.“

“I came in today for lunch and wanted to give a shoutout to the young lady working the counter. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was the only one up front while the store was getting busy and DoorDash orders were coming in. Despite being by herself, she handled everything extremely well. She stayed polite, welcoming, and made sure to communicate with customers about what was going on. She was calm, composed, and never made anyone feel rushed or ignored. Honestly, she did an amazing job under pressure and deserves recognition“

“I wanted to make sure I commended Miss Shayla for helping me yesterday, I came through at the very end of breakfast service and was missing a couple of items. I called the store, expecting nobody to answer, but she did, And she told me to come on by and pick them up, even though it was after breakfast at this point, When I got there, she had them make the McMuffins fresh, Personally apologized to me and put two extra pies in the bag. She was so sweet and so professional, And I just wanted to say there needs to be more Shayla’s out there in the food service industry because she was just a joy. Thank you Shayla!“

“I never rate a McDonald's, a Burger King, or any other restaurant of this nature. But we went through the drive-thru in ordered four meals. Every single one was perfect. I hate going through drive-thru because you always get screwed over and this one went far and beyond. Not one single mistake and everything was made to perfection. Highly recommend this particular Burger King! The staff were very friendly and the food was above par! Whoever the manager is should definitely let their crew know they did a magnificent job!“

“I visit the restaurant numerous times a week and 9 times out of 10 my visit is excellent it all depends on which employees are working I always go through the drive thru one of the employees calls me love bug however it sorta makes me feel uncomfortable so when I see her working I go inside now that there are a lot of new employees this restaurant is really turning out to be top notch“

“Shout out to Jessica and Crystal in the last couple of weeks Ive saw this store make a major turn around in customer service and food quality included an environment I dont mind bringing my kids in to eat rather then just taking home food that wasn't even great. My son asked me yesterday to order 2 more things of green bean because they were so yummy and fresh while I devoured 2 chicken legs and 2 breast in a matter of mins because it was just delicious. Keep up the good work we will be back for more sooner then later!“
