The food quality just has came down alot probley bout 5 6vyears ago the food was sooo good like Addicting good I used to eat at zaxbys every other day no lie but now the food just don't tast as good. Zaxbys don't zaxbys like it. Use to zaxbys ? oo almost forgot please add the Seasoning back to the fries
Nice staff but overpriced, stingy, and slow. Mgmt replied below, which is nice, but I recommend another location (see update)Original:$22 for two meals and we were still hungry afterward. I'm 6', 170 lbs, and usually full on a fast food meal, so this wasn't on me. They also charged us $0.25 per sauce with none free, which, when your meals are already close to ten bucks with tax, is highway robbery.Took 20 mins to get food because they over-cater to drive thru.Didn't get pickles...read full review

Customer service is really lacking here. Fully staffed and not a single employee understands customer service. Acknowledge the customer, greet the customer. Let them know someone will be right with them. Instead I get 4 employees make eye contact. One who makes comments about the customers ( this was obvious as she peaked around the corner said something to a coworker who then appeared to make eye contact with either me or someone else next to me.
