I want to make sure the supervisor, on duty 9/23/23 at approximately 5:10pm at the3019 SE Maricamp rd, Ocala, FL , is recognized for his absolute stellar customer service skills. I believe he told me his name is Jay. My daughter went I and ordered bc the line was long through the drive through. She ordered our food along with 2 extra zax sauces. I hardly ever write reviews but I have been to this location MULTIPLE times since I have lived in Ocala, and have NEVER ONCE been disappointed in the food. I always go for lunch, so I can’t say how the night staff is but I am sure they are also amazing.Those fries are always so crispy, well seasoned and delicious. I've always gotten the chicken strips, cole slaw and bread meal and it is fantastic! The Zax sauce is really good for dipping you have to try it. Anything at Zaxby's is good, you can't go wrong. Try Zaxby's and you'll be a fan!
