Papa Johns Pizza is a decent place with good pizza, but some improvements are needed. Customers have mentioned that the pizza should not be overloaded with excessive toppings, as it causes the pizza to go flat and the cheese to fall off. While the pizza is always great and hot, there have been instances where extra pizza sauce paid for was missing from the boxes. Despite this, the staff, like Ron, are helpful in resolving issues and providing credits. Double-checking orders before they leave the store could prevent these issues in the future.
