I visit the restaurant numerous times a week and 9 times out of 10 my visit is excellent it all depends on which employees are working I always go through the drive thru one of the employees calls me love bug however it sorta makes me feel uncomfortable so when I see her working I go inside now that there are a lot of new employees this restaurant is really turning out to be top notch
All staff (and I really mean ALL, including the manager when she was trying to help) seemed completely incompetent. Not one person was able to let me pay for my meal with cash after ordering on the kiosks. Which is something I do probably half the amount of times I go to a McDonald's. Not only that, but they were completely unable to replace the receipt paper in the kiosks after multiple customers including myself complained that not one of them has receipt paper in it. I love McDonalds coke - so after working all day in the sun; I stopped in for a large Coke, light ice! Friendly, professional and got the order right. Thanks!!!!
