Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is known for its tasty food and friendly service. Customers often praise the quality of the chicken and seasoned fries, describing them as delicious and consistently hot and fresh. The drive-thru is generally quick, even when lines are long, and staff members are attentive and friendly. Many reviews highlight the positive attitude of employees, with customers appreciating personalized touches like greeting with a smile, asking about sauces or extras, and engaging in friendly conversation. Particularly, staff members such as Paulette, Barbie, Mackenzie, and Eric are recognized for their excellent service. Eric, in particular, is noted for his friendly personality and helpfulness, making the experience pleasant and memorable.
However, some reviews mention occasional issues with wait times, especially at the drive-thru, which can be painfully slow during busy hours. One customer experienced a delay despite ordering in advance and being told to wait curbside, feeling disappointed because of long wait times and lack of communication about the delay. Despite this, most customers feel that the quality of food and the genuine care from staff make up for minor inconveniences. Overall, Zaxby’s is praised as a great place for quick wings, fried pickles, and satisfying chicken meals, with a team that clearly cares about customer experience.
