Tiffany was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Customers describe the service as amazing, with staff who are kind, attentive, and patient when explaining how the ordering works. The management team is welcoming, greets customers, encourages employees, and takes the time to properly train and support the team. The teamwork creates a positive atmosphere, and the restaurant is clean with quick service. The food is fresh, well seasoned, and the portions are perfect. The Guacamole is raved about. However, one customer noted that the location is sometimes out of items like cheese and lettuce, and that workers did not seem to care.
