Every time I go on vacation, I pick a certain food to eat everywhere I can find it, trying to find the best one in that area. On this trip from North Carolina to Florida I was on a mission to find the best cheesesteak. I've had some really disgusting cheesesteaks this week. It's been very disappointing, but thank God for Miami Subs (now Miami grill), for the best cheesesteak I've had in 4 days of eating cheesesteaks. Years ago we had several Miami subs in North Carolina but they didn't make it so the only time I get it now is when I come to Florida. They also have the best fries and today the customer service was great.

I used to eat lunch at Miami Grill all the time when it was inside the Brevard Zoo and I was a zookeeper there. I loved it. Then they left and I didn't eat there anymore...until July 20, 2025! I found this one and was so pleasantly surprised to see that after all those years the food was still awesome! My food was exactly the way I remembered it! My daughter loved her meal too!

The slowest Miami Grill ever. 25 minutes to get 2 cheese steaks. Only 2v people working. Counter and cook. They cannot more than 1 order every 20 minutes or so or the wheels come off. It's pitiful

The quality of the food has gone down the drain. I went here, and the chicken wings weren't even whole wings. some were missing the other side, like someone cut the meat off. One of them I couldn't even tell what part of the chicken it was. I bought a 10 piece and only ate 5 because of the quality of the meat. This is ridiculous, and to be honest, this is not the 1st time, but it was definitely the worst.
When to get a cheeseburger for lunch almost took my break ..... get the sandwich felt like it was cold .... poor service won't be back .....

Dont bother ordering delivery services from here. I have placed two Uber Eats orders in the past two weeks and of course both times half the ordered items were missing.
Today, ordered a pita gyro combo. Arrived with no fries and flat coke.
Avoid delivery services from this location and inspect your purchase before leaving the facility as to not waste tine being frustrated and having to jump through hoops contacting delivery puppet for a refund.
Very aggravating and clearly an staffing issue having this occur twice to me alone within a two week span.

We came in from out of town, nostalgia fueling our drive from a little over 100 miles away. The look of surprise, and the following jokes when two small people arrive, and leave with 4 peoples worth of food - it was a great time. The classic Philly, - it took me back to moving to Florida in 92 and going to Miami Suns for the first time!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in Miami Grill sub bro looks more like a hot dog bun. Meat is nonexistent. I can’t believe that I planned to have this garbage delivered to me. I’ve ordered from here many times it’s always been decent this time. it’s just absolutely awful
