So, picture this: it’s way past dinner time, and somehow, my 1998 Lexus LS 400 rolls itself right into the Miami Grill drive-through. (Smart car? No. But apparently, it has opinions about late-night cravings!) I’m a little thrown off, so I start asking questions—what’s in the platter vs. the other choices? The nice lady on the intercom handles my confusion like a pro, patiently explaining my options without a hint of judgment.
Eventually, I go for the hot wing platter with fries and...celery! Because, you know, balance. The food comes out hot—wings on fire, fries perfectly crispy (I mean deep-fried, not air-fried!), and that celery was the refreshing cooldown I never knew I needed.
Only downside, I had to scarf it down before heading home to my in-house critics. Worth every dollar, from the customer service to the food. And as for my Lexus? It’s currently on probation for pulling that little stunt. Until next time, Miami Grill—thanks for the memories and the midnight snack!

THEY NEVER HAVE WHIPPED CREAM!!! I waited 20 mins for melted milkshakes they were more like chocolate milk. The fries were soggy, and the bread was soggy and my cheesesteak was squished. I spent $40 and wait 20 minutes for poor quality. This place has really went downhill. Needs new leadership. I could’ve went to the gas station and got better food.

I walked in to the restaurant to make an order, and the lady at the cash register pulled out her phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood at the register for several minutes while she scrolled on her phone, waiting for her to take my order, and she never did. I found it somewhat comical, but I also really wanted to eat some wings, so I’m kind of sad too.

I have eaten from this location twice, first I tried the steak and cheese sub, satisfying but not what I expected, other location was better. Yesterday I ordered a grilled chicken pita there was a hair on my lettuce, the fries were burnt and the still sent it out for delivery. Horrible experience.

Door dashed at 11:40 pm. Exhausted from a conference, saw the Philly steak sandwich and the grease called me to it! OMG, so good and huge sandwich. The fries are delicious and the gyro is not to be missed.

I just knew talking to the guy he was about to mess up a #2 light onions. It threw him off completely. #2 is a Philly. Who puts mayo, lettuce and tomato’s on a. Philly?!!!!!?!??!?!?! How?! I asked him like 4 times we had the same convo 4 times. Meat cheese peppers and onions in a Philly. Yes. Light onions. After he asked me if I just wanted it how it comes I said yes. Then he says do you want me to just put everything on it? I said yes I gave up I was talking to buddy for 5 mins I had to be back at work.

Good Food but when me and my husband went bye there to get something for lunch after I Got Out of the hospital That Day We Went Thru The Dry Thru Everyone Had To Wait For Their Food For At Least 15 or 30 Mins.But My Husband & I Waited A lot Longer And The Cars Behind Us Got Their Food Before Us.They Need More People Working At That Restaurant Because,only One Man Was Waiting On Everyone The Drive Thru & people Inside Building. Pls.They Need More Workers At The One On North Lake Blvd.
