Been There Twice In Two Days And Was Hoping It Would Be A Little Different This Time Around, But It Wasn’t, The Drive- Thru People Seem To Not Understand How To Take Orders, And Always Forgot A Food Item...For Example Today, The Guava Cheesecake And Cilantro Sauces.
While the food is amazing lately the good service has declined our orders has being missing items important items too is quite draining, we understand they may be less employees working in the one shift so we avoid busy nights and late orders, but when it happens of the slowest day and at opening it’s just sad.. we driving 20 minutes out of our way to a different pollo location now witch is doin a lot better...
