Found this place right near our hotel. Great tacos and wonderful atmosphere. I got 2 steak tacos and 2 Short Rib tacos....highly recommend the short rib tacos!!!!! When back in Lake Placid I definitely will be coming back.

The Ibirra burrito was delicious! And the traditional Mojito was sublime! Its truly is the best anywhere in highlands. I love Cowboy Taco.
