The whole experience is always great at Dunkin in lake placid fl. The staff are always Soo helpful and knowledgeable about their drinks. I told the cashier I would like a caramel iced with whip cream not knowing the drink and she told me right away and it tasted awesome. Great environment. 5 out of 5 all day long!!!
HUGE shout out to MIRANDA! I’ll admit, I messed up my order and forgot to add milk! She came to the drive thru window sweet as can be and fixed my order with a smile. I’m so thankful for people/customer service like hers. Thank you again.

i've been going to this dunkin for years but this one experience really ruined it. I was ordering and the worker taking my order couldn't hear what i was saying cause they other workers were taking loudly. Then when the person taking my order told them they were too loud one replied "We don't care."which was quite rude if she was joking.
