Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

Went here a couple of months ago and the girl that was working the front was RUDE ! So I never went back but my husband insisted on Chinese food last night and the new girl they have in the front was extremely nice ! I ordered about 4 things and everything was COOKED to perfection ! finally because last time the lo mein was very watery the mei fun was dry & my order was completely messed up ! They must have new people because the food was delicious

The firt time i went here order a special fry rice I really don't liked it doesn't have any great taste i really don't enjoy the food I won't buy here it's my opinion I try better fry rice at others place I don't like this place for eating

March,5 2026. I am extremely disturbed and disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. I came here expecting a clean and safe place to eat, but what I witnessed was completely unacceptable and a serious health concern.

When I approached the counter to order, the employees were constantly on their phones and barely paying attention to customers. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. While waiting, I noticed a woman in the back preparing crab rangoon without wearing gloves. She then walked to the register with her hands still covered in flour and food, took an order from the customer behind me, handled their cash and gave them change, and immediately returned to preparing food without washing her hands or putting on gloves.

This is already a major violation of basic food safety and hygiene.

Unfortunately, it got even worse. I ordered crab rangoon, and after taking a few bites I noticed mold and small insects inside the food. Realizing what I had just eaten made me feel physically sick to my stomach. No customer should ever have to experience something like this.

After telling my family and friends about what happened, one of them told me they had stopped going to this restaurant because of how rude the staff are and because of the poor cleanliness. That says a lot about the reputation of this place.

I am deeply concerned for the health and safety of anyone who eats here. The conditions I witnessed are completely unacceptable for any food establishment. A place operating like this should be seriously inspected, and if these issues are confirmed, it should either be under new management or shut down before more people get sick.

I will never return, and I strongly encourage health authorities to investigate this location immediately.

Just moved from Okeechobee 3 years, West Palm Beach 8 years.
This location has top service, great packaging, excellent food. Will be a regular and we thank you. NEVER had this good of food anywhere like this.

This has always been my go to spot for Chinese food, was the best around. Yesterday i ordered the same thing i get every week and it was horrible. I stopped to get gas and threw it away and could not eat it. I called today to see if they changed sauces or cooks and they told me that i need to go find what I threw out at the gas station and bring it to them to refund or exchange the order. Sad that this will be the last time going here. I thought it would help if they had switched sauces or had a bad sauce by letting them know, but they don't care.
