First time we were able to stop by and get some food. Great little place with great service and great food. Absolutely loved the family size Stromboli we ordered for take out. Sammy threw loads of toppings in there and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner! Thanks so much! We’ll be back!
We've been full-time Lake Placid for 4 years and this is first we heard of Sammy's and should have been a warning sign. We were only here a week and neighbors were telling us about American Main Street and Dock 633 which are awesome! It was a nice meal out with friends at Sammy's, and I should have asked about the eggplant prep, my mistake and could tell right off the bat, just sliced, fried and baked....and came soggy. Eggplant is supposed to be sliced, soaked...
Mr. Sammy’s Pizza is a must-visit! The food is incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. My daughter had the best time watching Sammy make the pizza, it was such a cool experience for her! Roxanne and Elaine went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are hands-down some of the best waitresses we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!
