I went into the store to today, walked around for about 5 minutes unbothered with my sisters. After we finished getting everything which included alcoholic beverages which I had, we went to the register where an employee (older caucasian with Annie type of hair a little heavy set )was there . She begin to size all of us and rudely ask for everyone ID’s although that’s never been asked and we previously been in that store and bought various amounts of liquor and she’s said nothing just cashed us out and said “have a good night “ and laughed. She rudely asked again and I politely said im the one purchasing they are getting other things on a separate transaction that they are paying for . She said they were holding it and I said yes because I have a lot of stuff and couldn’t carry it all . She didn’t care and rudely snatched the drinks and said well I can’t sell these to you then and stormed off. All this to say very very very poor service and not a real way to act to customers at YOUR store . Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Unsure of the lady's name that was working the early morning hours 2:45am area-Dec 03 needs to have management adjust her attitude and politeness to the customer's ! Not only did she have the radio excessively loud with some Spanish music playing, she wanted to argue with a customer that the posted price was wrong. With an employee such as her, customer's will gladly go to Race Trac. ????? ?

10/03/2023. I arrived at the store around 12:45am to 12:55am to the 7/11 in Lake Wales. I was looking for a particular chip and something sweet. I looked for 5 minutes. Then went to the teller (Rolnalda) to ask her if she had that particular chip. She said no. So I decided to go back the aisle to see if there would be anything else I would like.I looked up and down the ailse, thinking; I'm indecisive. I was immediately interrupted with the teller, a mid 40s to early 50s woman with pigtails.She snapped her fingers and said get out. I asked her if she was talking to to me and she said get out. I told her im a willing customer and I'm going to buysomething just give me time. No warning. No conversation. Just her repeatedly snapping in my face telling me to leave.I have been in the customer service industry for 7 years and I wouldn't dare have the audacity to talk to another person in that way. I will talk to the manager.

The white elder lady always has (I hate this job face) she was so disrespectful the other day I went, she had yelled at the other employee (red head young girl) who was at the other end of the store something and when the younger girl said to give her a minute because she couldn’t understand her the elder lady called her the B word in front of me my children and other customers which I find to be very uncalled for and disrespectful every time I go to this station I always make sure she is not around because she is just rude and always has a attitude especially to the latinos that go into the store she needs to be gone or this store will fall to ground

I was not able to ask her name, however, she is an elderly woman who works at the front desk. She has treated us horribly every time we’ve came and asked pizza for her to cook it. The excuses are one after the other and it has reached the bottom line, she has absolutely no reason not to offer a SERVICE that is in her employee resume. It is absolutely ridiculous, and until she is fired for this blatant discrimination, I will be very public about this. (I have a picture of the lady, due to privacy reasons I will not share it here. However, wherever this goes if I’m asked for it I do have it)

Hello, I have come here to report a white elderly lady with glasses who works at the cashier area. She has further discriminated me and my family on multiple occasions, not only refusing to give us services, such as simply heating up the pizza that we bought. But incredibly neglectful, and intolerable ignorant behavior towards us. I am a U.S citizenship and I know my rights, and deserve respect just like anyone else. She has violated the Florida 562.51 Law against customer service discrimination, as well as showing an abuse of authority against me and my family, as well as paying for a service she did not provide. Me, my family, and anyone I associate with are never coming here again until that lady is fired.
The older Caucasian cashier who wears glasses. She has a terrible attitude when buying pizza she just doesn't want to cook it. I have personally and my family dealt with this individual with her poor customer service. Management should be more serious about not employing people like this. I do not recommend this place; since this lady also disrespected and discriminated against my wife and after my wife had paid; This lady denied the service passing people who had arrived later.

I went into this 7-Eleven on 5-5-23 after work to buy something to drink and cigarettes before going home. I was refuse service with no reason. Older lady with glasses behind counter was very rude and clearly didn’t care about her job. I will be reaching out to management and corporate.

Not all pumps working. Very friendly place. Offers lots of teams. Bathroom ok.
