I went into the store to today, walked around for about 5 minutes unbothered with my sisters. After we finished getting everything which included alcoholic beverages which I had, we went to the register where an employee (older caucasian with Annie type of hair a little heavy set )was there . Unsure of the lady's name that was working the early morning hours 2:45am area-Dec 03 needs to have management adjust her attitude and politeness to the customer's ! Not only did she have the radio excessively loud with some Spanish music playing, she wanted to argue with a customer that the posted price was wrong. With an employee such as her, customer's will gladly go to Race Trac. ????? ?

10/03/2023. I arrived at the store around 12:45am to 12:55am to the 7/11 in Lake Wales. I was looking for a particular chip and something sweet. I looked for 5 minutes. Then went to the teller (Rolnalda) to ask her if she had that particular chip. She said no. So I decided to go back the aisle to see if there would be anything else I would like.I looked up and down the ailse, thinking; I'm indecisive.
