Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Good burger. Not a big fan of the shoestring fries but if they are FRESH then they are okay. I usually go with the tots. Burgers come with basics so make sure to add the extra toppings. We love the custard sanwich/cookies!!

The food is always good. The california burger is definitely my favorite but i'm on carnivore now, so I just get four beef patties by themselves.

I had the spicy chicken meal, the chicken was hot and delicious. The fries were seasoned well and the restaurant was clean.

I got steakburger tacos which were huge. One filled me up. The sauce was a little spicy but the taco was basiclly a cheeseburger cut in half on a tortilla. It was fresh big and filled me ul

We ate there Friday evening. Got sick shortly after and was sick with diarrhea and throwing up all night and most of the day Saturday will never never eat there again

First time here OMG !!! the decor . The red - white and chrome looked so good . Place was very clean . Everyone was so pleasant to deal with . Someone was constantly cleaning something .
Food was delish . Had the rib steak burger ..meat was rendered seasoned just right with caramelized onions and the melted cheese in the middle just perfect. The French fries / small thin crunchy and tasty .::

The food was cold, the burger small and squished. The chili hot dog was below average. My Pepsi tasted odd and a bit flat. All extremely overpriced.

Sonics is by far better. Or you could go to a decent restaurant and get much more value for your money.

The drive through order taker clearly did not want to be there, lacking friendliness and a smile. Poor customer service, especially considering she was the 1st point of contact this customer had interacting with Freddy's.

This was my 1st visit and my last visit to Freddy's.

On the upside, there was plenty of parking, which should have clued me in ...

Asked for no bacon on chicken sandwich and they added bacon to it! Asked for spicy chicken sandwich they gave me a not spicy one. Ruined my day

Great place to grab a burger. Food is always good, hot and fresh. With Freddy's around who would ever go to McDonald's or Culvers. Customer service is ok most of the time.

I come here a lot and the last few times I noticed it's just been really dirty.
They used to have a person cleaning the dining room throughout the day but haven't seen anyone clean in months.
I watched an employee scrape all the lettuce from the cutting straight on to the floor instead of putting it in the trash.
