Our family was at the Lake Wales IHOP on 8/6 and I have to say our server Brianna was fantastic even in the midst of a severely unfortunate staffing situation. There were about 25 people dining in as well as several to go orders meanwhile Brianna was hosting, serving, bussing, and handling “to go” by herself with 1 cook. I felt bad for the situation she had been put in due to scheduling/staffing as she could not possibly do EVERYTHING herself. Through it all Brianna was attentive,...

Tonia was the definition of Customer Service, she was patient and kind and food was came out fresh hot and she was more than a waitress she was like family to me and my parents her love was incredible and she is the reason I’ll continue to go back to IHOP give her, her own store she is definitely leadership with the entire package God bless her
