After I did an online order and arrived at this location at the time stated my order was to be ready. There was no one at the counter but 3 employees, including one who seemed to be the shift manager or leader talking and sitting around. After about 5 minutes the one worker who was working their butt off, came and ask me if I had an online order. Initially they couldn't find my order, but after showing my confirmation it was found. Unfortunately I watched the person who was fixing my order, make a order, touch their face, the headset, then proceed out the door and dela order to a person waiting in drive thru, the open the same door, and come back in and proceed to fix my order with the same gloves on. They then proceeded to pick up the apple bites with the their hand with those same gloves on. At this point, I politely asked them to please change gloves and remake my order. This is when the employees from the lobby decided to come to work and ask the person if they needed help. Which obviously they needed help from the time I arrived. So, the employee was upset and rightfully, so. After this wait and debacle, my chicken looked a mess, I didnt get my Mike's hit honey biscuits, and my apple bites were old and cold. This was a horrific experience 😢

Stopped on our way back from visiting family in Lakeland. Ordered a #9 chicken sandwich meal and tender meal. After a few bites into the sandwich, I bit something really hard. Turns out there was a huge chicken bone in my chicken sandwich. Absolutely disgusting, nearly broke a tooth. Definitely steer clear of this place, if I could give negative stars after this experience I would!!

Worker complaining about a customer . Not trying to be difficult but regular costumer worker knew the customer. Doing what they can I guess. Seem under staff and a high stressed environment. Food was ok . 👍 fries were fresh. Chicken tenders a little blackened. Mac & cheese was good. Mash potatoes ok.
They try to get you out of there quick. But there is not much attention to detail.
For pick up drinks our made but over flowing the cups. Where I had to pick up napkins to clean the excess of soda.
No sauces where offered- I had to ask - 2 times.
No passion . Ok service . Ok food .
Hope it gets better.

On the way to River Ranch, we stopped at a KFC. We placed our order at the drive-thru, seevice was fast and friendly. The staff was courteous and made sure we received the correct order.
We ordered a mashed potato bowl and two pieces of chicken. The food was hot, especially the mashed potato bowl. However, the chicken pieces were smaller than expected for the price, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it was a convenient stop with friendly service and hot food, but I do wish the portion sizes were a bit more generous for the cost. Highly recommended.
It was amazing. At 845p the chicken was hot and fresh.. kudos to this location. Best KFC I have had in a long time!!

I pass by this particular location often when traveling to and from my parents' home, out of town. I decided to stop on my route to grab the 2-piece, side, and biscuit combo. My initial contact with the young lady over the speaker was very pleasant and continued once I got to the window to pay. She was very knowledgeable in answering my many sauce selection questions lol. My food was cooked fresh and she brought it out with a smile. She even warned me to be very careful, as my food was very hot :). I'll definitely be back to grab a snack in my travels.

An hour and a half before closing I was told that there would be a 35 min wait for all chicken. ALL CHICKEN! It’s a KFC! If you don’t have chicken then you’re closed! Get it together!

Bad bad bad service, we wait lake 6 minutes to get our order no body in fron of us, and we got some water drink from the drink machine and water was very dirty, the Employes were taking each other for like 10 minutes doing nothing time is now 4:30 pm

I picked up a doorsash order and I saw the most disrespectful, unprofessional behavior. They made me wait over 15 minutes for the order. Purposely taking their time and laughing because I mentioned the order was late according to the time it was supposed to be picked up. The workers decided to take their time and talk about how I messed up for telling the manager anything about the food being late. Who trains these people? Who chooses the leadership in this wretched place??? Manager was hugging up on the worker stopping them from working just to purposely taking up more time. Just totally unprofessional
