Food was fresh. Lobby is clean. Bathrooms are disgusting, looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months. No excuse for that. If management allows an area where customers see to get this dirty, I can’t imagine the back where we can’t see. Won’t go back just from the thought of this.

They were out of sandwiches, so I bought two little sliders for $10, and then had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for them. Pretty lousy experience.

That wasn't very pleasant. My son and I just picked up a 16 piece meal from KFC off 60. I'm embarrassed to say what I pd,but as soon as my son and I opened the bucket it was so obvious the chicken was rotten we both almost got sick. Why didnt we call the store??. If they couldnt tell that chicken was rotten I'm sure not trusting them with anothet order. That smell was terrible.🤮 This store needs to be closed down!!!

Just pd $57.00 for a 16 piece meal. Opened the bucket and with-in seconds my son and I knew the chicken was rotten, almost made me sick immediately. Why didn't we call the store after we threw it out??
If they couldn't tell that chicken was rotten I surely don't trust them with another order. What a disgrace.
Ordered off Ubereats and it was all trash. No forks straws plates or condiments for a bigger order even when asked for them in the notes. Cold salty mashed potatoes and cold chicken why is everything ice cold and the restaurant is only 5 minutes away? Literally 4 little pieces of chicken on the kfc famous bowl with a mountain of more cold mash potatoes and way too much gravy. Next time don’t dump the gravy on top of the chicken. That’s not how the picture advertises it, and it makes it soggy before you can even eat it. Only thing that was good was the soda. They even got the chicken wrong. Gave whatever pieces they had/wanted, not the pieces advertised with the meal so you get less value for your money spent. Got 3 tiny dried up legs and 1 tiny thigh when it was supposed to be a 1 breast, thigh, leg, and wing. Do better or at least try to.
