Terrible spot came in had to wait more than 30 minutes to get two chicken Littles. They had a whole line outside to the point where I had to come in and then they didn’t even ask me what my order was. Never again. The guy in the video is supposed to be the big boss of the store and I watched him work outside on the ground with sprinklers and landscaping to then cone inside and prepare food. No chance. When i asked for a refund they refused at first until i made it known about what i saw him do. After the refund he yell at me to get out of his store and so i did. Never again. The lady in the picture was awfully rude also.

Lake wales KFC is the worst sad when you have to drive to another town to get KFC manager is horrible and team members need to remember what customer service is ! If I could leave ZERO stars I would dont waste your time going here !!

This place is a joke I don't understand how they are still running every time I order from there something's it's messed up I went there tonight to order their $8.99 big box and got told that they're backed up on orders and their friars are down mind you it's like 2 hours before closing and when they are taken orders it usually is a 45 to an hour wait which is absolutely ridiculous

Last night (which was a fri) I got there at 10:15. They close at 11.... I pulled up to place my order and they tell me they are completely out of chicken..... How the hell is a chicken place out of chicken. That's right they are not... They wanted to clean up and go home, I can say I could see inside and they had the chairs up on the tables and they were mopping... Maybe they should change their hours..

Order online was told thru app it be ready 20 mins arrive there and fellow with the wig says sorry I can't tell you how long it'll be we're waiting on dark I then ask about a different order and completely ignored walks away from me , this is the worst KFC I have ever been too

Every time I get a craving,, I don't know why.. but your food isn't fresh,, no ICE for a cold beverage this has been months, fix it.. gonna get my cravings from somewhere else.

Lake Wales kfc restaurant has the slowest time on food service. The manager is very rude and unprofessional.. not enough employees to work the store and very slow.. it took 35 minutes after paying for my order waiting for them to deliver it to my vehicle.

Very very very very slow service , inside of building is very hot as if they are trying to cook tge customers aswell as the chicken . Took 30 minutes to get a pot pie that I could see on the shelf . Need much better service and ac fixed .
