I just don’t understand what has happened to KFC in Lake Wales! So I was excited that I was having to wait a little bit only because I just knew I would get some nice warm fresh food. I mean at least that’s what #1 is assuming to think when you are waiting for 15 minutes outside to get her pick up order. Nonetheless, the chicken was so dry so that tells me it’s been sitting there for a long time. The fries were very cool. What does that tell you next? I just don’t understand! Also, no one cares to work for their money anymore! Gloria

Great people. My golden retriever and I arrived 15 minutes before they opened (oops). They offered both of us some ice water. Food was great.

They were obviously short on help, but it was beyond bad. I waited over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The lady up front was upbeat and friendly, the one in back had the personality of a knat. I used to go here a lot, but it will be awhile before I go back.

Specifically in this restaurant they never have staff to assist the customer, I understand that they should hire responsible personnel to work here and always have employees and have a variety of food ready for consumption since for an order of 4 pieces of chicken we had to wait 10 minutes . I think that if they improve those details it would be a big improvement.

I went through the drive thru. I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. There was like 5 cars waiting for their food as well. I don’t know they were short on personnel because the girl who took the order was the one bringing out the food to the cars.
