Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order that only had a burger fried and drink but I watched as other cars pulled into other lots and get their food quicker than me. After waiting the 20 minutes got fed up and just went inside. I wouldn't recommend if you're on a timed lunch break and need to get food quick, because it was the opposite of fast

Joking a lot (employees), took over 15 minutes from placing our order until we actually got the food (it was slow) but when they had a small rush of orders that’s when they dispatched them very swiftly. No one was paying attention (at first) if someone was waiting to place an order with an actual person, a lady actually waited around 10 minutes before someone acknowledged her, and it was an employee whom seem to be on their lunch break and overheard a comment about the lady waiting so long to place an order. I don’t have any issue with making jokes and whatnot as long as it doesn’t affect productivity.

Liked this location. Very convenient and close to US 27. Clean bathroom and chargers abundant for phone and computer use. Kiosk worked out well. Adequate parking.

Almost every time I go to this location something is wrong with my order then they are so rude and have attitude when you ask them correct it. Rolling eyes etc.
There is always something missing with my order. Customer service is ok.

Went threw the drive thru with my kids an used my mobile app to get the buy 1 burger or 6 piece get one...I realized after I paid I got nothing...then the lady at the window said we'll because I got the drink deal...in which I ordered a large sweet tea... I said I didn't get a drink deal with My app...she said let me get a manager.. he comes with no help an says I got the points..in which I didn't want points I wanted my reward for using my buy one get one...they couldn't understand an he ended up saying he doesn't work for the app... so needless to say I didn't get my points an didn't get my deal... they were no help at all ...who even runs this place it's a shit show...
