The service is HORRIBLE! Do not go there on break, or before work. And it doesn’t take 20 mins per order, because the line is long; NO. It takes forever because the employees are socializing with each other: instead of providing impeccable service, per their previous reputation. But now, the ENTIRE city, is also complaining about, the staffs attitude towards the customers. I PERSONALLY witnessed a MANAGER, throw packets of grape jelly to a customer. The customer said; please don’t throw things at me. The MANAGER replied; “I CAN THROW WHAT I LIKE”. I was so applauded upon hearing this, I HAD to write a review. I pray some who can actually, investigate the claims sees this.Thank you, stay blessed ?Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all.

Got an ICE latte, it was hot no ice. A large Dr Pepper with EXTRA ICE and it barley had ice, and a small caramel frappe which was melting super quickly with barely any caramel or whip cream on top. And the lady at the drive thru window didn't smile didn't say good morning how are you nothing she stood there with this hateful look and said not one word and stared at us like we were ruining her entire morning. This particular McDonald's is always like this. We barely come here because of this. I don't recommend any thing at this place especially the atmosphere. We did dine in once and the employees were rude and not at all welcoming. If this place shut down I would not even notice. The only reason we came here is because it is closer to what we had to do. I prefer the McDonald's on 60 they don't have the best service either but better than this one much better than this one. I hope either something changes here or they close this restaurant entirely. I noticed people talk about how few people are inside, look at the reviews, that's why. Something seriously needs to be done here. Something needs to change. I hardly come here and it's never a good experience when I do.

A Very cute little location ?Very clean inside & outside ?McDonald’s implementing “Touch2Play” gaming touchscreen. And this location has one ? I recommend to download McDonald’s app for collecting points & getting great deals! ? if you don’t use it all the time, it still worth to have it! 20% off never hurts ?Parking: There is Always parking available ?

DONT STOP. WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO! Would give a 0 star if I could. Drive thru lady asked for our order then proceeded not to talk for a few minutes and wouldn't answer us. Shortly after came back on and said we "didn't have to yell" because she could hear us in a sassy tone of voice. Drive right away. Worst customer service possible.

Seriously? Nobody's working on cleaning the ice cream machine if you have to peer into the machine that nobody else is standing around to tell me it's still being worked on.Also your food dropper should make sure the customer doesn't need anything else before scuttling away.The cashier just in general wasn't able to be able to assist me with anything, opting to place the blame on somebody else instead of asking.

This is the slowest McDonald's in lake Wales. If you can go to the one on highway 60 or on 27 near the mall those are better.

I just ordered McDonald's meal at this locations drive thru. The older woman at the window has a very nasty attitude. I don't normally give negative reviews, but her sucking her teeth, rolling her eyes, and tone of voice gott her well deserved review. I hate to think what the other employees gp through having to deal with her.
