The smoked oxtails was heaven on earth!

The rice was really delicious-unlike any rice I've ever had!

The mac and cheese and the greens were also DELICIOUS!

The server was very kind, everything was impeccable...oh, the candid yams, and the sweet potato pie was also delicious...Truly, a meal to write home about!♥️

Outdoor seating at this small bbq spot. I knew it was going to be amazing from the second we were greeted at the window. He was so kind and friendly. The soul bowl for the day was chicken pepper steak. Got two of those! We also had bbq rib platter and bbq chicken platter. The chicken was for my daughters and he offered to cut it up smaller for them bc he knew it was for kids. Everything was fabulous. All of the meat, potato salad, cole slaw and fries, sweet tea and lemonade. Top...

I had the half chicken with the collard greens and the mac and cheese it was amazing! The sweet tea was fantastic as well. Great service. Friendly people. I love a family-owned and operated business that's great at what they do! This is definitely a must try. All right, it's time for me to say less now. 😜
