“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

“I am a regular customer at Scoops and have been coming here since they opened in May. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They put a lot of money and thought when they set up the store. It is one of the nicest ice cream stores I have visited. They offer a good selection of ice cream, and have added home baked products. Service is excellent! The place is immaculate! I was shocked to hear negative stories about the owners because they are Palestinian! They have been very friendly and very welcoming and we should be too! I am there at least once a week and have never experienced or seen any negative behavior. Let’s welcome them properly to our community. I wish them much success. Barry A.“

“The ice cream was very smooth and creamy. I tried some flavors that I never had before, Twixie, and Insta Graham. They've got traditional ice cream parlor flavors as well. Aside from ice cream, crepes and milkshakes are also on the menu and made in house. All of it is reasonably priced“

“After an event yesterday we needed ice cream and this was the closest we googled! The best ice cream around...so many flavors and everyone there was soo nice from the staff to the customers! Place was packed we wish we had one in boca! They had a huge selection of flavors and many other toys and goodies too! Make sure to stop by if youre in the area!“

“The ice cream here is AMAZING! I always come here every Friday with my children to get their wonderful banana ice cream that’s a one of a kind. “It is very good, but service employees should wear mask when preparing the ice cream. They breathe and talk to each other on top of the ice cream which is getting their saliva on it, even mini particles. Please let’s bring the quality up!!“

“I’ve been looking forward to this 16 Handles opening, and overall the space has a lot going for it. There is plenty of parking (front, side, and back), a solid selection of soft-serve flavors including vegan options, a toppings bar, and the familiar pay-by-the-pound setup.
The outdoor seating area is especially nice for families, with turf and a kid-friendly layout that allows parents to relax. However, it’s fairly small and fills up quickly during busy times.
What noticeably impacted the experience was the lack of customer interaction. The owners appeared to be present but did not greet customers, explain the self-serve process, or check in at any point. While some people may be familiar with frozen yogurt shops, first-time visitors aren’t always, and basic guidance or a welcome would go a long way.
With its location, family-friendly setup, and product variety, this 16 Handles has strong potential. A more welcoming and engaged customer service approach would greatly improve the overall experience.“

“We stopped by Rita’s in Royal Palm Beach and tried the watermelon ice, peanut butter, cookie dough, and chocolate ice topped with vanilla custard.
Every flavor was fantastic, and the custard was rich and creamy.
Gretchen waited on us and was incredibly friendly and fast with our order.
Great service and even better desserts—highly recommend!“

“When I tried Ice Cream Club’s non dairy peanut butter fudge ice cream for the first time I was blown away! As someone who became lactose intolerant as an adult (and dairy was my favorite food group), I really miss ice cream that is smooth, creamy, and rich. This was all of that and more without any of the pain! 😍 thank you thank you thank you!! Y’all gave me that life cream shop experience I miss! I wish I could buy this at my local grocery store 💛 please let me know if there’s any way to buy this as an individual instead of as a store ☺️ I desperately want to try the non dairy mint chip 🤤🍨“

“Great stop for some sweets in a nice area. As with its other locations, Sloan's has a wide variety of ice cream flavors that surpass the fertile imaginations out there. Their decoration matches that. We usually order them in milkshake form, as they taste very good and are better suited for when we are on-the-go. They also have a bunch of toys so hold onto your wallets if you happen to go there with kids.“

“I’ve been to many ice creams places in WPB that claim to be authentic Mexican ice cream. But this is the ONLY place that actually has authenticity. Their eskite is always a go to! N their agua de frutas is A MUST! They recently added fresas con crema and they are very delicious! Very close in taste to the ones from Mexico! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They also offer a free item when u spend a certain amount. HIGHLY RECOMMEND“

“The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room itself was small but comfortable. You have to ask for a coffee machine. I would have liked a kettle to make tea. Or they should offer tea with the Nespresso machine that you need to request. The bathroom was very nice. The main pool was beautiful and so was the beach. They offer a Tesla shuttle service to Worth Avenue if you want to go shopping ort to a restaurant. It was a unique experience.“

“I enjoy supporting local and small businesses, but the prices are way above what they should be. The quality of the mango cup taste was good, but the corn was definitely not worth the price. A fruit cup with mango, chamoy, etc., was 15$ I’ve never seen this before. A medium cup of corn in a cup was 12$.“

“I love carvel they have great soft serve and this location has super nice staff and is very clean. I love the cone selection. I got a dipped cone with sprinkles. It was such a huge portion of ice cream. The chocolate is so rich and creamy and delicious. I tried toasted marshmallow and it was a little too strong but I got it anyway.“
