“Came here tonight for late night ice cream with a friend. The ice cream selection was phenomenal! Everything was great, flavors I never heard of. Maria is a gem, her service is fantastic. It was late but made sure we tried every flavor we expressed interest in and/or made fantastic suggestions. Love the place and the wonderful owner. Will be back!“

“First off, I’m not a frozen yogurt eater at all, but this place is my only exception. It is literally my favorite place to go and even tops ice cream shops in my opinion. The yogurt is extremely cold and It stays fresh longer and doesn’t melt or get soupy. The toppings are all freshly kept so you can customize your bowl how ever you like…..your own way. It’s self serve for the entire process which makes it fast and efficient. Nothing is worse than waiting in line at ice cream stores or getting some rude employee that skimps on toppings. This place has very friendly staff and you can load up your bowl with as much fresh fruit, candy, sauces and whipped cream as much as you like. It absolutely delicious and I highly recommend 16 Handles.“

“I was in West Palm for a graduation. I always try to get Sloan’s ice cream. I’ve eaten here now twice, counting this visit, and Las Vegas location. The staff were nice and patient. I ordered 2 scoops, dark chocolate and snickers. They were both fantastic. I tasted the Biscoff ice cream which was great. If I visit another Sloan’s this will be next to try on my list.“

“They are cookies and cream ice cream is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had cookies and cream all over the country and world. This is an amazing local ice cream shop and I’m only getting my ice cream here. Thanks to these Guys taking such good care of me and cheap prices!!!“
“I enjoy supporting local and small businesses, but the prices are way above what they should be. The quality of the mango cup taste was good, but the corn was definitely not worth the price. A fruit cup with mango, chamoy, etc., was 15$ I’ve never seen this before. A medium cup of corn in a cup was 12$.“

Parking: If You overshoot the parking lot or carvel entrance and find yourself in the walmart parking lot ,don't worry. You can still get to carvel from there by driving thru the Walmart parking lot . Go all the way to the right of the lot near the road and you can and then take the little 'tiny driveway' entrance and and it will dump you in the little strip mall next door with subway DandD and Carvel in it.
Wheelchair accessibility: not a problem and plenty of room.“

“Creamy soft serve. Nummy. Place was really busy, one gal trying to keep up with orders, but several customers left because of the wait, then finally another employee came put to help. Wish they had more seating also, & wished people wouldn't bring there dogs inside. But the ice cream is good regardless“

“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“
