I had one of the most frustrating experiences at Ed’s Taco. The service was completely unacceptable from start to finish. I was standing in line, clearly next up to pay my bill, and the guy at the register acted like I didn’t even exist. Instead of acknowledging me, he asked someone else if they were waiting for an order and then told me to wait while he handled her despite there being multiple employees around.

I ended up standing there for about 25–30 minutes just trying to pay, with no sense of urgency from anyone. Eventually, another employee came over, but she was on the phone the entire time. When she finally spoke to me, she asked if I was paying a bill. I said yes and told her the amount, and she basically brushed me off saying, “hold on, I’m on the phone.” Then she had the nerve to tell me I could just pay online in a rude tone like I hadn’t already made the effort to come into the store.

At that point, it wasn’t even worth arguing or making a scene, so I just left. There always seems to be something wrong with the service here, but this was on another level. Completely disorganized, dismissive staff, and a total lack of basic customer respect. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Second time here for Tacos on Taco Tuesday. Both times had excellent service and the Tacos were pretty decent. Would like to try some other items next time. They do have a number of tables for dining in. It was strange that they did not have a Chips/Salsa option, only Chips/Guacamole. Ill be back. Update. 4-13-26, stopped in to try the Quesabirra Tacos, and they were Soooo Good. Great customer service as always too.

They hung up the phone after realizing I didn’t speak Spanish. I go in and they proceed to give two people that order food after me their meals before me. I had to walk up and be like where is mine I already paid and was here before both customers. Without a word she went to the back grabbed it and then said sorry. Probably one of the worst services I’ve ever gotten at ANY Latin food place.

Today I went to get some “Guacamole” to eat later at home with “Tortillas Fritas”. I also love los “chicharrones”, great in size and flavor. The guacamole that Miss Anni prepared for me is fantastic. I ordered it with onion, salt, pepper, lemon, cilantro and of course jalapeño peppers.
Also thanks to Carmen for her service, always polite, friendly and helpful.

This the spot for tacos BUTTTT their FLAUTAS go crazyyyyy. Probably the best flautas I have had. It’s so crunchy and they do not skimp over the filling or the toppings. I don’t know how they make lettuce taste so good but they do. Definitely one of my top fav spots in town.

We put a large order in a couple days ago and called in that same day to confirm the order we were going to pick up. When we unpacked everything there was a part of the order missing, we called the manger to see what we can do, the manger was nice enough to bring the order to our house. That good service is what made up for the mistake. Thank you!

Stopped by Ed’s Food & Deli in Greenacres and Wow. I ordered three tacos and they were absolute perfection: fresh, clean, and packed with flavor. In the back, you’ll spot three tia’s working their magic, chopping up the freshest cilantro I’ve ever seen (seriously, it looked like it just came out of a garden!). The vibe is warm, the food is authentic, at least for a white guy eating here. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back for round two (or ten). 🌮💚

This is by far the best Ed’s food and deli that I have been to Carmen Julissa and Miss Sofia all made the experience absolutely wonderful. They were very kind and caring, and as soon as I walked in, they greeted me with a welcoming smile. I was offered a delicious pineapple lime drink, and I ordered four shrimp tacos for my wife and the ham and egg sandwich Torta. The store was very clean. Everything is extremely organized along with the music had a wonderful ambience to it. Definitely hands-down my favorite ads and I will not be going anywhere else because they made the experience great and the food is amazing. Thanks especially to the cooks and Carmen Julissa and Señora Sofia :D

The ‘Barbacoa Taco’ was delicious! Very fresh and Flavorful. The staff was welcoming. We also had the Tamarind juice and the Pineapple Lime juice. Both juices were fresh and tasted refreshing.

We like all kinds of foods especially the chicharrones but one thing I don’t really like and I noticed after eating is part of the A/C filter here’s the picture in the top of the table 🥴
