For the food, I give five stars, but the staff lack communication and understanding. Mind you the staff forget that this is a business and you're here to please the customer.

Let me share my experience.

I called ahead of time and made sure if a pick up order was still qualified for the lunch special that ends at 4 PM Monday through Friday. I was told yes now when I called to make the order, I only ordered what was on the lunch special menu! and “CONFIRMED AGAIN” that is for the Lunch special…
Now, when I arrived to pick up, the price seemed a little too high. I asked the Manager “hey did they charge me the lunch special??” Instead of looking for herself, she just looked at me and said “yes”
So giving her the benefit of the doubt I paid, but when I looked at the receipt THEY did not add the lunch special went back in and told her that I had called twice to make sure and I did ask you before you charged me on my card if. Explaining to multiple employees who only speak Spanish (I spoke Spanish) the whole scenario they didn't understand what they did wrong and one of the staff even said call the police! Another One of the staff members that looked Dominican also said I should be A shame for complaining about this whole issue.
Jesus help them. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant, number three needs to get on these employees.

Our quick go to lunch when at work! Always yummy!

Unfortunately they have deteriorated a lot. I ordered a Bandeja Paisa and it had 3 portions of rice that crossed it from side to side, a little bit of beans, a very small piece of meat and a little chicharron. The service was quite delayed.
