“I can't find any fast food restaurant ANYWHERE that doesn't have both five star AND one star reviews. I don't know what to believe anymore. All I know is - I stopped here at 9:45am on a Sunday - and the food was hot, fresh, and excellent. The line was long'ish and it took about 10 minutes to get my food - but everything was excellent.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle, a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin (which turned out to be a McGriddle - but it was pretty darn good), and whenever I visit a McDonalds for the first time, I order a bacon, egg, and cheese Biscuit - just to see if it'll be any good.
Even the biscuit was fresh - which is crazy because that's hard to find. Of course, it wasn't anything like the biscuits of years ago - but at least it wasn't a hard sponge.
Generally, when these places are busy as F, the food is going to be good - and that was 100% the case here...“
“I have to say that of the local McDs I have patronized over the past 3 years this one location has had the highest instances of consistently quality food. Not sure why, but more often than not this one location serves the food hot and fresh, properly made, regardless of time of day.
That said, I have the same complaints about McDs as quite a few others it seems...prices have become outrageous. Some recent specials help (1.99 Dbl Cheeseburger), but it seems to me that the hamburger and cheeseburger prices, as well as the price of small fries needs to drop to more reasonable levels.“
“I’m only leaving a review because of Chamene. I went to eat there with my kids, It was really busy that day because it was on a Sunday. Chamene patiently answered my questions despite being busy. I took a mobile order and got confused once the order came, I kept ordering because I had to use my points. She was just amazing. Thank you Chamene.“
“This McDonald’s definitely changed for the better the last 5x going. The food is much better “fresher” and There’s a sweet lady at the drive through pickup area names Zoila I believe. She’s amazing and has great customer service. She even had me try the Sprite to make sure it was fresh and it wasn’t and gave me a new drink before I left. Awesome job!“
“The lady working the second drive-through window around 6 o’clock was truly amazing and deserves a raise for all the hard work that she does for the last three times that I’ve been there. She has given amazing customer service every time I see her, she a true OG baby. I believe her name was Kayla or kaylee i am sorry if I misspelled it. Will be a frequent customer!“
