This location has gone downhill tremendously. We went in today 4/21/24 and there was a weird musky smell inside. The floor was sticky and filthy. The tables seemed like they weren’t cleaned either. They only had four flavors available and there was barely any toppings. There were crumbs all over the toppings section. The employee working here was just on his phone. It seems like this location needs better management and they need to be more on top of the teens they’re hiring. Overall I’m very disappointed in this place. We ended up eating in the car because we were disgusted by the condition of this location. We used to love coming here but after today’s visit we’re done.

Pretty clean but my ice cream tasted weird as hell same goes for the poor poor gummy worms. The one near my house is so much better. Also why do they not have marshmallows ????????

I regret to say that my visit to Menchie's Fro-Yo was far from the pleasant dessert outing I had anticipated. Upon entering, I was greeted not by the sweet aroma of frozen yogurt, but by an unmistakable musty smell that lingered uncomfortably in the air. Initially, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps it was a temporary issue. However, the situation only worsened.Deciding to get a closer look at where my froyo would be coming from, I was appalled to see what appeared to be mold inside the machines. This was not just a simple case of machines looking a bit dirty; it was a clear sign of neglect and poor hygiene practices. It's disheartening to think that a place dedicated to serving food would allow their equipment to reach such a state.Concerned for my health and that of others, I brought this to the staff's attention, hoping for some acknowledgment or reassurance. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with indifference, which was both shocking and disappointing. Customer satisfaction and safety are not priorities here.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Menchie's to anyone. The potential health risks posed by their moldy machines and the overall uncleanliness of the establishment are serious issues that need to be addressed immediately. There are plenty of other dessert places that prioritize cleanliness and customer experience, and I suggest you visit those instead.

They need to fix their hours online, it says they close at 11pm on Friday and Saturday, but I arrived at 9:44pm on a Saturday and the employee had the door locked and didn’t let us in. There was a couple inside getting ice cream though, so I guess that was the last people he let in. There was two other groups behind me expecting to get in and we were all denied. Even if they closed at 10pm, why are the doors closed early. Sucks

What happened with this Menchies . I just came from this place. I walk in with my daughter to have some frozen yogurt it was a really bad smell in the shop like it was a dead animal living there smelled horrible. I asked the employee to step out and walk inside to see if he can smell it. He said I’m sorry I’ve been working the whole day. I don’t smell anything.(And he apologized) We left and we didn’t want to have anything:(
DO NOT EAT HERE I used to work here and my coworker called me crying and said there was MAGGOTS in the machine, i quit right after.

I used to come to this location often as it was a bit closer to me than the Delray location. However, after learning about an issue my mom and sister faced at this location, I will never come here again. My mom got SPOILED frozen yogurt from this location, she had a few bites when she got home and was sick for 2 days, throwing up multiple times. She said the yogurt even tasted sour, like it was rotten. She called the store today to let them know what had happened as she has not been able to function the past 2 days. The person who answered the phone said she would not refund her. Poor customer service and if I remember correctly, they never have any good flavors anyway and it’s always dirty inside there. And they always have broken machines. I’m surprised they have not closed down or have been under new management yet.

Came specifically for the vegan Rockie road since too much dairy bothers my tummy. They didn’t have it even though the website says they should and the high schooler working had no idea what I was talking about. Only 4-5 flavors available. No Nutella like they are supposed to have. Still have their Christmas tree up. For years I’ve tried a handful of times to come and there’s barely any flavors available, and they never have what is advertised on their website. Poor management

The first few times I came was sad with all the broken machines. Finally after multiple visits machines were fixed and it started looking better. This was short lived, machines are always down, flavors are always very limited, toppings are out of stock, and tonight only two flavors worked.
