They need to fix their hours online, it says they close at 11pm on Friday and Saturday, but I arrived at 9:44pm on a Saturday and the employee had the door locked and didn’t let us in. There was a couple inside getting ice cream though, so I guess that was the last people he let in. There was two other groups behind me expecting to get in and we were all denied. Even if they closed at 10pm, why are the doors closed early. Sucks

What happened with this Menchies . I just came from this place. I walk in with my daughter to have some frozen yogurt it was a really bad smell in the shop like it was a dead animal living there smelled horrible. I asked the employee to step out and walk inside to see if he can smell it. He said I’m sorry I’ve been working the whole day. I don’t smell anything.(And he apologized) We left and we didn’t want to have anything:(

I used to come to this location often as it was a bit closer to me than the Delray location. However, after learning about an issue my mom and sister faced at this location, I will never come here again. My mom got SPOILED frozen yogurt from this location, she had a few bites when she got home and was sick for 2 days, throwing up multiple times.
