The fish monger is very knowledgeable. As soon as you walk in the shop, it smells like the sea, how fresh seafood should smell. They get their fish in fresh daily right off the boat. We purchased the Ahi tuna steak (the one in the display case looked beautiful, but he went in the back and got a fresh one for us) came home and made tuna tartare.
