Although one location had unfriendly staff, another had a helpful and patient employee. Despite long lines, the tired staff still managed to provide good service. However, there have been mixed experiences at the drive-thru, with complaints about a staff member's attitude during lunch hours. While the food is often praised, some customers feel that the portions, such as in the avocado chicken salad, could be better. Additionally, sauces are not always included unless requested, and the outdoor lighting has been noted as poor. Overall, while the food is great, the staff's demeanor could improve as they seem tense.
