My family and I love Pollo and visit frequently but today the food was terrible the meat looks pink and old the bread was hard af and the rice seemed Old as well this location is not great at all food wise. Customer service was OK, but to spend a lot of money on food like this I expect everything to be fresh and fully cooked. I’m very disappointed.

went here with my husband and we ordered through the drive-through. My husband asked for a tropichop White rice, black beans, and grilled chicken. Instead, they gave him yellow rice onions, no chicken, and a lot of random stuff that he had never asked for we had tried tried to complain, but they told us that what they got in the order even though we never ordered that we never ended up getting a refund or any type of accommodation for the Error they made I love this place. I love the food there too. Me and my husband really like it. We always go there but I wouldn’t recommend going to this one because they really have disappointed that’s what their actions I really like this place a lot because I knew most of the staff, but they have given me no choice but to never want to return to that place again take my advice

I ordered from this location about 30mins ago. At the window I asked them for two Tropichop bowls. One with white rice, black beans, chicken as well as corn; the other was yellow rice,black beans, chicken, corn and onions. After receiving my food I noticed that one bowl was missing beans and the other one barely had chicken on there. I went back around and asked them for the contents that were missing in both bowls. I sat and waited as they were "fixing the plates" just for me to arrive to my house and notice that in the bowl that wasn't portioned with chicken, they removed half of the rice and filled it with chicken. All I asked for was a bowl with a nice portion of chicken cause there was only like 4pieces in there. Instead of going above and beyond to serve their customer they chose to be spiteful to antagonize me. This is unacceptable and I'll be calling to speak with a manager everyday until it's resolved in a manner that pleases me as a customer.

I usually come to Pollo a few times a week but the increase in prices is getting out of hand , example $3.79 for a large drink , feels like I'm buying a gallon of gas (premium) before they had free refill now they took that away ! , is just not worth it anymore!
