Restaurante Pupuseria El Guanaco

I ordered two pupusas to-go, 1x queso con chicharrón de puerco, and 1x queso con chicharrón de res. Wow, absolutely orgasmic! By the time I got home they were still hot and absolutely delicious, I guess you can consider this place my new obsession. Will I be back? Absolutely.

I ask for pupusa with chicharron ans cheese, and it was bad, no meat at all
Very small tortilla, I ask for a better one and they told me. That's the way they make it. Bad service. Never go back

New customer here, for $8 i expect my baleadas to be packed. Also asked for a salsa size encurtido they were trying to charge me over $3 for a tiny container? A rip off! Also taste isnt even all that

Bad food I didn’t even get what I ordered.

I ordered 12 pupusas (6cheese and beans and 6 beef and beans ) . The pupusas are EXTREMELY salty , gave me a stomach ache. I tried to mentally tell my self I could just eat it and not care about the flavor but I couldn’t deal w the saltiness. Never going back , try another restaurant.

Extremely slow. Depending on what you look like, you will get better service. People who look the right way will come in 10-15 minutes after, order the same dish, and it will be brought to them first. If you look the wrong way you have to wait and wait then see your order sitting behind the counter.

We ordered an order of 3 pupusas
And the second pupusa was worth a hair and they charged us for 2 pupusas and when by law they don't charge you for the dish, check your food because you still pay

Used to be one of my favorite places to go eat at. Just went there on Wednesday and when I was almost finished I found a bug in my food. When I showed the picture to the waitress she acted like she didn't care. I asked for the manager but she said she wasnt there. I will not be returning back to this restaurant

If you want authentic pupusas this is the place and I am a pupusas snub. On Sundays they have mondongo soup which is a must try and delicious.

They are very, very clean everything is very fresh but it is absolutely not a very fast service so don't expect for the food to be served fast.
