The worst night crew on Thursday 6/12. It took them almost 40 minutes to prepare my mobile order. Good lord man, it’s called fast food for a reason. I could’ve had my food, been home, and had a full stomach if I ordered from any other restaurant. All I ordered was two Asiago Ranches , 1 meal with baconator fries???

I placed an order on their mobile app to have the order ready ASAP. I got to there 15 minutes later and they could not find the order. The manager tried to blame me from choosing the wrong location to saying I did not pay for it though I showed her the email I got and the receipt on the app. They have multiple employees just standing around and a manager that does not manage very well. Sad location.

It's time for a late lunch or early dinner. We got here at 3:20 pm and took a seat to put together our order on the Wendy's app. Some trash on the floor and a styrofoam box from somewhere else on a dirty table and with the condiments table not having ketchup and one napkin dispenser empty.

About five minutes later, I check the counter. Not ready yet and there is a growing queue for the restrooms. A family had gone into the one restroom for diaper changing and such. With the crew responding that the other restroom is "Employees only" so it was not great. Dining room had some trash on the floor, too.

After standing at the counter for a solid ten minutes, the young man working the register got my drinks accurately. And then it was fifteen minutes more until the order was ready. Peeking around the corner, I could see the manager on her cellphone.

At the table and pulling it out of the bag, my burger was there, the fries were there (extremely anemic and underdone), the nuggets were there. And an extra order of fries and extra nuggets with two bonus sauce packets. BUT NOT THE POTATO! I had to go back to the counter for that and this was prepared properly though light on the cheese.

Overall, 26 minutes (receipt printed at 3:23, food ready at 3:49), to get "fast food" and then the order was wrong. They do have the Coke Freestyle machine here for refills.

Parking: Shopping mall parking lot. Plenty of room.

First off I come and everyone is focused on drive thru and got there backs turned. Next I experience the manager making a sandwich with her bare hands which is gross as hell. Everyone is speaking creole so guess and customers can’t understand.. also there rude especially the short black dude walking around with a pick in his hair making people fries and nuggets but have not washed his hands since touching his hair it’s nasty and disgusting here!!!

Terrible bathrooms, they are beyond filthy, same with they floors and windows of the restaurant, this has to be one of the most filthiest Wendy's restaurant establishments I have ever seen. I got a single frosty because I felt like I'd get food poisoning from how filthy this place was.

the food is great, but they don't bother telling anybody if they close outside their normal business hours. took 25 minutes to find out my Uber Eats order wasn't coming because they didn't even bother to tell them

$1.00 special frosty good. Customer service terrible. $1.00 frosty turned into a nightmare for me, fell in their parking lot and AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM OR CORPORATE in 2 WEEKS. I filled an incident report right away, and the employees didn't even know how to fill one out or even admitted first aid. So.. Avoid 10th Ave, Lake Worth Beach location!
