“I had a wonderful experience. I came to the drive-thru on 5/6 around 6:00 p.m.. young gentleman took my order. Very pleasant to talk to. But I was most impressed by your new pulled pork sandwich with Cedric's sweet barbecue. I have to admit it may be better than some of the nearby barbecue places in town. I Always get potato cakes and they were great too. My food was fresh. Tasted wonderful and I will be back again before the limited time is up. Hopefully they don't make this a limited time only with the barbecue pork and brisket. Keep it on your menu, please. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you“
“Craving a jalapeno recipe slider with a jamo crochet. Had to take the jamoka shake back in because it was half vanilla and no flavor. I got a replacement and still tested like Vanilla and not mixed. I'm not exchanging it again. i will just complain now.
You're not putting enough flavoring in and it's not being mixed well enough. Also, it's like cool fluff. Nothing milkshakey about it at all.“
“I've always loved this Arby's, and previously given 5 🌟. But my recent visit there changed my opinion completely. I asked for fresh fries, was asked to pull around, which was fine. I offered to do so. I stood outside the door for over 15 minutes waiting. I could see employees inside that didn't appear to be doing anything but socializing. They finally came to the door, unlocked it, handed me my bag, and quickly went back in and locked it. The food was TERRIBLE!! The fries were ice cold, the roast beef sandwiches were old and dry. I couldn't believe I waited for 15 to 20 minutes for disgusting old food! I'll rethink returning to this location for sure!! Night crew employees need training on customer service and attending to customers instead of each other!! Very disappointed“
