Bianca's Bakery is fantastic!! She made us beautiful cupcakes for my granddaughters class at school and is now making her an Unicorn cake for her birthday party!! Total praise and Thank You to Bianca's!!!

As new residents of Lakeland, we are on a mission to discover the best parts of our new locale. Bianca's Bakery & Cafe did not disappoint. We stopped-in on a Monday when, as it turns out, the eatery is typically closed. A small group had secured the cafe for a meeting, but they - and Bianca - graciously invited us to stay anyway. It seems they have a bad habit of taking peoples money and ruining special occasions. I never got anyone to answer the phone and now that I've read this im so thankful they didn't!
