Burger King in Lakeland

“I had just gotten off a 7 hour doordash shift, and it was only 5 minutes to midnight. I checked if anywhere nearby was still open for dinner, and this burger king was, but only for a few more minutes. I rushed over, and apologized for showing up so late, but the young lady working there was more than happy to take my order, despite it being closing time. I got my food, and it was some of the best burger king I’ve had in my life. The french fries were super hot and fresh, the chicken nuggets were the perfectly crispy, and the burger was delicious and certainly made with care. I haven’t had that great of food and service from a fast food restaurant in years, so I want to personally thank you for doing such a phenomenal job!“

“Went through the drive-thru tonight (about 11pm), staff made food as quickly as possible (chicken unfortunately has to cook 6 mins but I didn't mind since it was fresh). Everything was made well and staff was super friendly! Thank you for my drive-thru experience. Keep up the good work.“

“Ordered a double whopper,drive through.
Park my truck and realize I have zero napkins.
They should automatically put some in every order,especially a double Whopper which are messy
Either cheap franchise owner or very dumb drive through girl.“

“I went to burger King today to buy breakfast and the service was great. The food was very good. What stood out me me the most was the casher who took my order today saw I am pregnant and I order 3 meals for my family today. The casher offered to help me carry my food to my car. Which I greatly appreciated becaues it would have been a struggle for me to take my food to my car and open my door. She greatEd me with a smile and respect and she was very sweet. We chatted a little bit she said if inwas pregnant i would want to have help too. She said to me you look beautiful being pregnant. That made my day. I tildnher itncab be hard being pregnant sometimes so any offer of help is greatly appreciated. I told her it is all worth it. Thank you so much for helping me. Inhope you have a great day. She smiled and said Thank you. Wished me the same. Thentoung lady showed true customer service to a women who needed help out of the kindness of her heart. I wish all fast food employees showed that same kind of respect abd thoughfulness the young lady showed me today. That just proves a small act of kindness gose a long way. Keep up the good work and your kindness it will take you far in life.“

“My chicken sandwich was fresh but my burger was cold. I lifted my bun and my burger pattie looked like it was man handled. Very slow service. I think I was standing there for about 30 minutes waiting on my food. Too much salt on the fries. Put less salt on the fries or none at all. I don't mind waiting on my food but at least have a small sense of urgency.“

“OK, so I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews for fast food restaurants, but this location deserves the high praise!! We've been here twice in the last few weeks, on our way to Disney and this is now my favorite Burger King! The service is good and the employees are friendly. The orders were correct both times and they made sure to include the sauces, napkins, straws, etc. The kicker though, are the Whopper Jrs we ordered. I know it sounds silly, but they put the perfect ketchup/mayo ratio, evenly distributed. The buns are soft and the lettuce is fresh...no wilted or hard white prices. Seriously, the best little whoppers we've ever eaten. I thought the first time might have been a fluke, but we all received perfect little burgers this afternoon as well. Keep up the good work, Burger King and give whoever is making those whoppers a raise!!“

“You walk into another world in this BK, the best of the best and I love the staff, from the Cashier to the Manager, they are full of class and character. Definitely check them out & don't forget an ice cream before you leave! You will not regret it!“
